Warranty Against Defects
Our standard warranty covers manufacturer defects for the life of the bat. This covers mistakes or problems with the product that happened at our factory. It does not cover wear and tear or problems arising from the use of the bat. We will typically cover things like broken end caps, knobs and excessive paint flaws. If the barrel or handle break, you can send the bat in for inspection by a PURE engineer. If the engineer determines that the bat is out of spec in some way, a repair or replacement will be provided at PURE’s discretion. PURE is not responsible for shipping, replacement of a specific bat or time lost while the bat is out of your possession.


Expanded Warranty
The expanded Warranty covers the physical damage that the standard lifetime warranty does not cover. It provides protection against accidental damage to your PURE product that occurs during the year after purchase. Accidental damage refers to accidental physical breakage or failure of your covered equipment due to an unforeseen and unintentional event that causes physical damage to the covered bat and which affects its functionality, such as if you accidentally break your barrel. Expanded Warranty can help you avoid out-of-pocket repair or replacement costs caused by these unexpected events. Should your bat be subject to an event that is covered under Expanded Warranty, your covered bat will either be repaired or replaced with a PURE product of at least equivalent functionality at no extra charge, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions described in full in the Expanded Warranty policy document. Expanded Warranty does not cover events including, but not limited to, theft, loss, damage caused by fire, a vehicle accident or act of nature, normal wear, consumables, or abuse and misuse. Please see the Expanded Warranty policy for full details of exclusions to the policy coverage.* This is a transferrable service that will stay with the bat if it is sold to a new owner. This product protection only covers one replacement of the bat. Repairs are typically covered by the Standard warranty and do not count as a replacement.
